groote2010 - GOT will negotiate with the TO's and as you are not one of them it will be at meetings that won't include you - hence todays meeting was pointless
Mining will take place - it just comes down to whether the TO's want to gain from it - you are basically just interferring because you don not want mining under any circumsatnce
