Careful sharesrfun some of your liberal compatriots here will label you a traitor or a communist for acknowledging that Labor has some good ideas.
Regards financial management looking back over the last fifty years I don't see that either Labor or Coalition has performed much differently...both have had their up and down periods.
As to Gillards leadership...needs another year or two at the top before I'd make a call on that but so far pretty average. I can't see any outstanding or inspiring leaders in either of the major political parties and there are certainly none in the Greens while the National Party barely has anyone who can even string a sentence together.
Election in 2011...I seriously doubt that. In mid 2011 the Greens take over in the Senate which will make life easier for the present mixed government. The coalition and family first will no longer be able to block legislation there. I think this government will run it's full term and after July 2011 will start making some major reforms edged on by Green and Independant MPs. Should be interesting times in the second half of next year.
