why would they, they only pay when the receive oil.
also viva would want local oil, for every barrel they get locally its 1 less they need to import, with shipping costs.
especially now that Viva bought On The Run outlets in SA, now rolling out that model in WA.
so the supply for those stations are/were BP.
does one really think that Viva will renew that agreement??
