they may well have tactical nukes not strategic nukes though not sure about their weapkins delivery systems but suspect medium range not long range also unaware of what missile defence they have - Israels Iron Dome is very good and of course Israel only have a smallish area to cover (if you try to hit a country - but that country defeats your missiles prior to target you thenare in danger yourself )
all this makes them dangerous enough in their region .....but not a global sized force at all to just classify as "nuclear armed " in itself is too simplistic
