    Stretchie I agree with you mate. For me the Beach has enough irons in the fire to fully justify keeping the cash at the moment.
    Autosime - I understand your thinking about a buy back but this game is so captial intensive that I'd hate to see them do it and then need to raise capital/get into debt or have to farm out the majority of the benefits if Tanzania or Shale gas (or both) come on stream

    Also don't forget that a whole load of capital spending was deferred lat year due to the floods

    For me the real test of management is how effectively they use the funds they have to produce benefits for shareholders.Beach now have a ton of money (relative to their size) and it'sup to Reg and team to deliver. If not then I'm going to want the cash back...
