I recall the history of the company bring in plastics I believe.So the tie up with Deacon was more recent, and thus the share price began to have a life. When they moved from a steady manufacturing type of business to a more tech focused holding company, the share price reacted. IMO I see it now more of a binary play than a drifter, much like a biotech company.
Its pretty clear to see that PPE, LIS and BNNT can either be multi billion dollar businesses or a duster. They are all on the frontline of energy storage and solutions, its just creating a market which is the problem (that they're trying to partially solve in house).
Hopefully the government will be a prime source of funding for some of these entities held within.
