But yes, let's discuss the other two main parts to the EU, the EU Council and the EU commission.

EU Parliament - ELECTED directly by EU citizens to the EU parliament, we both know this already but it proves useful to know later.

EU Council - They are heads of state of each EU member country, they only become the head of state of their home country after they are ELECTED by their countrymen.

EU Commission - Made up of government MPs from each member state, they only enter government in their home country after they are ELECTED by their countrymen, the EU council is then selected by the EU Parliament, the same EU Parliament who are also directly ELECTED by EU citizens.

So who in this group is "unelected" BR? You want to show me?
