As an oil and gas investor in non-russian companies this is music to my investment ears but they don't seem to be having any impact on supply yet. Some country that sells significant quantities of oil and gas has paid for these specific targets I'm guessing, no use on the battle front hitting oil depots 1500km from the front. I wonder if the oil price will go up today?
