I've just bought in today based on the high roe. The pe ratio on this for ba alone is way too low. Despite the higher tax liabilities were trading less than net assets.
this is a very cheap stock. I'm concerned by the dropping production at ba there is no excuse for that but the plus side of that would be that the mine life extends.
Yancoal has been on a tear and money tends to flow from large cap to small cap once the large caps are fully priced. I think half yearly 3c ff dividends should be possible starting from the July to December half paid in marcb 25 or so. I'll be buying at anything under 23c as despite poor mgmt the npv here is much higher than the market cap.
