considering the postponing, bypassing & delegating the decision maker since the courts ruling that this matter should be decided on in a timely manner,
It would be a fair call that Advent & BUY have been financially impacted as well as Australia’s companies and citizens reliant on future energy security .
Taxpayers will be liable to a huge law suit payout to above if this decision is timed for politically opportunity
