"It might not have been internationally "legal" I can't believe what I am reading Andy! You have finally come out! Well done. Really proud of you.
The bombing of Serbia was not legal. After more than 2 years, the education has finally paid off.
As far as your ridiculous claims that Croatia and Bosnia were some form of recognized states back in a day, one can only laugh in amusement at that weird thought lol! A country can't invade its own territory. Remember the education on Chechnya?!
NATO’s objectives in Kosovo are a violation of Clause 4 of the Declaration of Principles Guiding Relations between Participating States of the Helsinki Accords Final Act of 1975, which guarantees the territorial frontiers of the states of Europe. According to this agreement, “The participating states will respect the territorial integrity of each of the participating states. Accordingly, they will refrain from any action . . . against the territorial integrity, political independence, or the unity of any participating state.”
The former Yugoslavia was a party to this agreement. Croatia and Bosnia were not, but they subsequently invoked the Helsinki territorial principles to preserve their boundaries, which were unilaterally carved out from a sovereign country.
Now, that same NATO is protecting another country's borders and, in a process, leading the world into the oblivion.
