Obviously its all about the chance of niobium. And Obviously the institutions bought in the CR for the niobium , they now can slaughter the share price to average down. That seems too be the deal done by management. Buy it at 10 then crush it as much as you guys want then when the niobium arrives you are sitting sweet.
