I doubt E25 have the brains to do a deal, besides E25 has a contract with OMH which E25 hasn't supplied.
E25 is all about missing opportunities, anybody with half a brain knew that the Mn ore price would go up when the 3 largest producer goes offline. E25 should've immediately re-started the project.
