Storm Therapeutics with a poster for interim results of their Phase 1 dosing trial. Looks like out of 14 patients who have completed a scan, two partial responses and 9 stable disease reported.
METTL-3 also shows drop off in m6A levels confirming mRNA inhibition as a viable pathway.
My takeaway is this is not a stellar result but still a decent return for their first ‘at bat’?!?
