There's a heap of great information being provided and discussed here and lots of takes on potential valuations. I do feel we get a gap between people sometimes when they're not explicitly stating at what point their values are likely to be realistic for a takeover offer. With the examples provided by Hottod it seems to me that $10 billion US could certainly be a possibility but not until after at least taking something through phase 3, in which case we're talking 2026 and onwards. 2591 is potentially a revolutionary drug but the emphasis is still on potentially at this point of its development.
