I suspect they're not providing a "running commentary" because they have deliberately colluded not to get off their arses to do anything at all, precisely so that no events can occur that could be commented upon!

What gets me is how many times they could keep trotting out this lame expression as if it's some kind of valid excuse to hide behind. After all this time, aren't we at least entitled to an update of some sort at the very least? It's a permit extension for forks sake! What other permit extension in the history of Australia has ever been so discriminated against, so maligned, and so shrouded secrecy as to make it completely unreasonable and downright unjust!

What has happened with Courtney Houssos' decision? Who is holding her to account for a timely response? What possible excuse has she got to delay any further? Will it get to the point where all shareholders will have no option other than to protest (peacefully of course) out the front of her office to have our voices heard?
