With the SP declining 50% over the past financial year, I am surprised that more investors didn't vote against the remuneration report or any of the other resolutions at the AGM.
all results easily passed with at least 96% support for each resolution.
With ~75% of shareholders voting at the AGM, I am surprised that the resolutions didn't see a higher vote against them and it appears that Mr Caruso didn't vote against any of the resolutions.
