Not necessarily OPGGS Act. There are other laws that can be looked at. There is the doctrine of Fairness and duty of care (my words) that a government has to exercise. We are NOT a dictatorship or third world. Just cos JA does not have time limit does not mean U sit and wait foever - especially where the courts are involved
a good place to start might be the Commonwealth ombudsman?? Anyplace is better then black hole - where we are currently.
