    Well when the second court case came out I thought "there's no way they will be able to come up with excuses to extend the BFS relaease until this is resolved"

    Looks like that was wrong.

    As for X's reputation. Expect to see "Xstrata are awaiting the release of the BFS from NKWE to ascertain whether they will proceeed... da da da". No loss there.

    Good news is, if that is the reason it can only be for one outcome. Xstrata full takeover.
