He said after 12 month, RG is allowed to vote and I read the Takeover Panel decision (paragraph 32-34), it said so. However, he said the Board of Directors must first put in the proposal to Asx and I told him, apparently the Ibc in their letter is very reluctant to do so.
Is it true that without the IBC's proposal to asx that he can't delist Pact at all?
