I made an error with the 25klm, that was a cost opinion.
It appears this 6% royalty also originated from this individual who seems to have a following.
Considering the analysis of LRS, SYA, James Bay from other posts, the bias is clear.
For those following, Royalties are 4%, same as PMT over corvette and Cv5.
220klt? Conservative much. I guess they didn't want a greater output than SYA.
