That feels like a very pessimistic bias Pesa. According to your post if the company pulls of a huge deal that we have been waiting decades for and only if they do it in the next 4 weeks, thats just "good". Everything else is either "bad", "very bad" or "very very bad".
I look at it differently ......
If BIT pull off a commercial deal this month thats not "good". That "fkn brilliant". Just not the most likely outcome before the end of this month.
If BIT do a capital raising in coming weeks thats not "very bad". Thats to be expected, essential and "good" to remove the short term risk and allow them to get results released and enter discussions without asking BP to pay for their coffee in meetings. Its also the default case here.
If BIT come out and say results are disappointing then that's "catastrophic" but equally unlikely to be an outcome this month.
Lets keep things in perspective. I think we are currently working on timeline #243 issued by the company. Each of the previous timelines as proven to be complete rubbish. You are therefore pinning all hopes for a non-bad outcome in this latest guidance being more accurate than every previous guidance. That in itself seems like putting too many eggs in their corporate comms basket. Safer to assume they have NFI about timelines as thats what history clearly shows.
Corporate deals are of coarse possible and what we are all hoping for but to expect one to occur in the next few weeks when we can't even get preliminary results seems overly optimistic. Remember back in 2018. It was upon release of the results of the 009 trial that they then stated that "In coming weeks, Biotron will brief potentialpharmaceutical partners on the trial outcomes". They didn't state "we have been hiding these results from shareholders so that we can conduct secret negotiations". Bottom line is the work to present the data to BP begins once the results have been reported as they did in 2018. BP aren't going to just good at it for 5 mins on a powerpoint presentation and go "yeah, lets do it". They will want to perform their own analysis of the data. Expecting a deal in the next 4 weeks is setting the bar way to high and almost guaranteeing disappointment.
Your "very very bad" scenario is one which is hard to contemplate. Not sure I can see them ever releasing an announcement like that under any circumstances. Their job is to find the good news in the data and that is what they will present.
