You have to assume that conclusive final data for HNSCC Tact-003 is not yet available otherwise:
- it would be illegal to raise without disclosing this data.
- the capital raise is fully underwritten, Bell Potter and Co would be signing up for the biggest haircut should the HNSCC data be bad. They must be happy with the odds of positive Tacti-003 results hence why they are rolling the dice on this. If they results are already bad, no way would they sign up to this.
