My question is not meant as a comment on the possible outcome of the trials, rather as a reminder that this company , IMO - as most listed companies - doesn't really give a toss about "creating value for shareholders", they're not the one who decide when to raise funds IMO - rather they choose weather or not to accept an offer for funding.
And guess whether or not the timing of the offer is strategically chosen by the "investors" to suit their scopes and whether or not the VWAP is adjusted accordingly as well...
Nothing new and nothing 'evil' about it, but - IMO - we're heading towards a CR, an offer for funding too hard to reject because the macros look uncertain and unless LC and PH are really confident in the upcoming data of the trials they would risk a worse outcome later by rejecting it now.
