7 million shares at 14c? Isnt it 980k, and reward for ongoing services? What does that even mean, they are employees of WSI, it is obviously a massive bonus with no performance requirements, done without shareholder approval, through the sneaky under percentage rule. Robert has been teasing us with a dividend payment for years, and was asked about a share buy back and said it wasn't a good use of funds, but this is fine? It provides absolutely nothing to long suffering shareholders, just a cash grab for a select few.
