So is the trading company that generated all the revenue Nexion Networks Pty Ltd down. I understand disclosure rules, what I can’t seem to understand is that why the Directors are allowed under ASX disclosure and operating rules to just do as they wish? Surely the ASX is there for shareholders not the trading companies?
