Over the past couple of weeks, about 1.5 mio executive options with strikes up to $5.75 have lapsed as "performance hurdles were not met".
However, just to ensure the exectutives that have overseen MRL lose 2/3's of its market cap. are not left out in case things should improve, they have been issued with 5.6 mio new options with a strike of $1.10.
Talk about lining their own pockets !!
