There was a huge influx of arrivals at one stage, so some inconvenience was inevitable. Its settling down now. Its free accommodation and living so some limitations would reasonably be expected. There are guidelines and rules in place and no doubt there are people assisting to ensure the government and local coucils act appropriately.
