I think we will find out, it doesn't make a difference, they've already done it. I reckon it was probably a disgruntled ex-holder who sold in the merger, or a QLD vanadium investor. I highly doubt it was local community. We don't know the subject of the appeal yet, perhaps it was well reasoned.
this one should be simple. They can only appeal the process. Was it followed correctly, or was it not? Won't take years to progress
