I'm waiting for a takeover offer which, in my opinion, is likely to come. I'm holding as I believe DRE is well under value. I doubt it will "disappear". DRE is not the flavor of the month. It has also suffered from tax loss selling and the traders saying, "sell in May and go away". July could see a rebound.
