Was just doing a bit of research going back and looking at companies that consolidate. In the past year, I myself have owned 2, BLY and CAH. Upon consolidation, the shares really do pull back. I think it's mainly psychological, as many of the investors (like me) are into the penny space, which provides potential for huge pops. Once consolidation occurs, this potential is seen as less likely, therefore exiting investors. I agree with Miningnut...I think significant pressure may be felt in the short term and immediately after consolidation. Might be wise to lighten up on shares a little bit
