To my knowledge they can't backdate the record date from the date of the AGM
The reason there might be delayed buying on the ops is because not many people understand the offer or perhaps not many can recall ever seeing the options of any coy at a higher price to the heads? I can't
@ 2.3c today is a significant discount imo
