I would like to express how disingenuous and rude this takeover move and all actions have been.

Not fairly presented, not representing true values, minimising Metallica Minerals as a company.
Disrespect and not representing the true value of and within MLM, for the formerly inflated Diatreme.

Direct phone callers have spoken and postured from the script given to them, as if Diatreme definitely taking over MLM, as if this was in train and doing MLM individual holders favour .

All advances to shareholders of MLM have been executed in a predatory campaign game manner.

Hallmark of Mr Swan- who I personally do not like at all.

I hope there can be more fairness and truth to MLM holders.
I have decided my best course of action now -- is to do nothing.

Hold on, take no action ongoing as also instructed by MLM management, and not act on this offer ongoing.
