Observation.
Just 3 maybe 4 items in 90 pages are written in bold text.

This is the gist of one of them.

Alleged that an amount over $500,000 for EUS expenses was treated as EOF Bio expenses, so that it supposedly would appear on the books that EUS was doing better than it was.

Scouring the internet, I found one solitary mention of this amount.
A contracted Project Manager was hired to prepare a projected analysis of the new entity.
The analysis stated an amount of $500,000 for the projected opportunity expenses for the new entity.

So if this is the same $500,000 as mentioned in the complaint, these expenses are projected future expense that hadnt been incurred at the time of the complaint. Maybe they still havent.

A case of jumping the gun perhaps.
The complaint about valuations also falls apart when you pick apart the wording.

The complaint mentions about harassment.

IMHO, its farcical. More like its poked in so that when other parts of the complaint cave at the negotiating table, they can pull out the harassment card to leverage getting $$$$

In the complaint look for this progression.
Sexual harassment becomes harassment
Harassment becomes alleged harassment.
Alleged harassment becomes found to be false.


I ask myself this.
Why would anyone throw away decades of the highest of standards of compliance, quality, professionalism, reputation, spirituality, family, loyalty etc
In an environment that was open plan, probably had security cameras installed where,  where  family members worked at times and knew other staff and where none of the employees look like super models ( No offence intended).
It just doesnt make sense

Also the complaint bandies around words like demanding an investigation. Then you read, but nothing was found.
Also words indicating other employees were harassed. Then once again, nothing to it.

I stress, read this complaint for yourself. Look for the plays on words. Very creative IMHO.

Reading the Bruner part, I couldnt help but wonder if a certain person had got in his ear (to win support for her own position),  basing her grievances on  assumptions not fact and he swallowed what was said.
After all, she said herself, she had learned the power of telling a story.

Time will reveal all I presume.

Reading the complaint look out for.
She confronted him, she tried to curb his behaviour. She demanded to be provided valuations and documents. Blah blah blah.

Unbelievable.
