China bluffs IMHO because Chinese manufacturers and traders HAVE ALREADY CREATED the multipolar world that Xi says he wishes to create.

China, Europe, Japan, S. Korea & .N. America are all co-joined..... and although none of them like it........ they can't change it.

China doesn't need wars to maintain or grow influence in the ME, Africa or South America either.

So it's diddums.... and let's just focus on innovation and trade. Sabre rattling is just rattling.

Putin is now an irritation to Xi IMO.
