How is this still a question I see on HC so regularly? To raise money you have a term sheet (contract details).

A term sheet outlines how much money is being raised, the conditions on which it is being raised (ala price), it usually tells you when people are taking large stakes (and willing for that information to be public) and finally it will generally outline how the funds are going to be used as that is important for people that are potentially going to take up the raise.

So in answer to your question, I have seen the term sheet. It is also usually common curtesy that this isn't disseminated widely.

As @SilverFox88 noted this is why we are in a TH. So that this information can't be traded on before the raising is completed and the information can be reported to the market and everyone is equally informed.
