I think it’s a good idea. Initial invoice paid via 5 day VWAP prior to ann, preceding 5 day after invoices.
We can kick the funding can further down the road and hold onto our precious cash position whilst getting a better rate for issued securities as the time and announcements come, rather than all in one tranche.
Hopefully Topdrill hold their equity payments and there is a 6 months escrow so they see something in Dre to take this in lieu of payments if I’m understanding this correctly.
