The main message is that we are returning to our flag ship project which was the main reason long term holders infested in DRE in the first place. The REE was not originally on the radar and has been an 18 month distraction. So no cash upfront needed and an opportunity to prove once and for all is TY going to be a major discovery or the one that sinks the ship.
