Well Bright is a commie run company so likely your guess to underhanded tactics being implemented is correct. Best way to get their hands in on NZ companies. Shame the NZ gov has no balls and allows such bs to happen. Would be forcing a sale to another nz company and putting Bright aside in the deal.
