Chris Wilkes said at the AGM that the land acquisition was for the proposed HALEU area on the side of the DOE land. It was mostly recreational areas used for hunting so there needed to be some negotiations with stake holders to have the land repurposed.

Again this is more proof that the Directors and insiders know full well that SLX Laser enrichment is going to happen. TRL6 is just a formality.
