    This stock has been as high as 21cents and could easiy get back up given th p/e ratio is now very low.

    EPS should be 1.9cents.

    I reckon the company could beat this estimate of 1.9, given the new rules from the regulator will make it even tougher for competitors of the company and the maanagment is generally very conservative.

    I topped up today.
