Strangely enough, our GP says we are just a handful of people who he has come across, who have not caught covid.
But towards the end of this video, he lists the vitamins which he believes which we should take to protect ourselves from the new bird flu.
From memory, Vit C, D, Zinc,Turmeric etc. We have been taking strong doses of all of these plus several others since 2020.
I intend to buy these nasal saline solutions and look into ivermectin and hydrochloride, to find out if you need a script, or can but them OTT?

I will write another time about suspicions of my health since taking vaxes, but I don’t want this to be all about me.
I am mortified at the death and diseases suffered and the lies and corruption.
