I think they will stay below the radar*.
There are ways of warehousing and I don't think it's an unsophisticated entity. It's just as likely a hedge fund or some private equity. They tend to be ahead of the insto's.
TBH to me it's all gut feeling predicated by experience.

* like subs below the (thermocline) "layer". Virginia class is my preferred.
