Embarrassing is right. The recording from that meeting is on Lucapa's website under 'videos'.
Zero progress made on the new MIC between 29 Feb and the AGM on 28 May, so 3 months. Literally none.
It certainly puts Selby's comments from the meeting of 29 Feb in a different light.
