I think there is a possibility they are a competing bidder. But given, MDP voting power and the independent advisory panel together with Megan Wynn having given their public backing of the MDP offer it could be difficult for Affinity, unless they have a notably superior offer. Hoping Affinity have not submitted an offer yet and are working on it. Any superior offer, even with the difficulty faced, will be positive for the share price as it will likely force the board to consider it and a potential MDP revision. Fingers crossed for all holders.
