Perfect storm still well in play...we need to send out a search party for the sell side....
Great thing here is the party bus is still very much in a different postcode....this 100% has a long long way to go....get the feeling like WA1's rise it's just gonna be ATH's day after day from here...
I will consider selling at little post $1.50...it may well get there sooner then we think
