Are holders of guns illegally acquired still protected by the 2A ?

Does the 2A specifically say that the right to bear arms only applies to legally acquired ones ?

How do you know that a gun is legal or illegal before you attempt to disarm one of 'the blacks' ?

You have posted an idea but where is your implementation plan ?

Pretty darn certain the 2A protects the folks with legally owned weapons under state laws
