William - I guess you have to get used to us nerds. You may well realize that whilst we aspire to a viable and successful business what really drives us in "innovation" and "discovery". Most of us are financially "comfortable" since our skills are "valued" but at the end of the day what really earns respect from our peers is "innovation" - in this respect MG is not unusual. Without "innovators" there would be little advance in technology - this is not always (in fact "research" rarely is) "commercial" - that's why much of it is sponsored by Government (universities, research establishments) but it's necessary. MG is the product of a university and vital to the success of SLX (as also is his team and in the past Horst Struve). "Integrity" is also part of our make up - we often look at "money men" especially "banksters" with suspicion as many of us have been swindled in the past by this breed.
