PAR always comes up empty handed after these conferences. How many conferences have they attended in the 5 years or so that I’ve been holding? Probably a dozen. And every time it’s all excitement and then nothing. I thought people were fainting at OARSI this year, overcome by the seemingly supernatural effects of PPS and Paul’s natural ability to woo potential partners. But, as usual, OARSI came and OARSI went. Surely BP would have tabled something with sunset clauses and a few conditions if they were interested. But that has never happened. It’s always just a Rennie generated rumour that BP is looking. Anyways. Someone needs to go bribe that ex BP exec now working for the FDA!
