It’s a good question and I’ll confirm when when booted up. The important thing is that candles can close and spike out of bollies running the gauntlet up the upper bollie line but an entire candle opening and closing above the upper bollie is a “look out” signal.
You sort of knew that today was going to be strong as the SP finished on its high yesterday but wasn’t expecting it to do what it did today. Having said that, volumes weren’t that high.
Keep in mind that today also closed on its high hence why there weren’t many closing out in the final 30 minutes. So pretty exciting in the morning I’d say, will it keep going or will there be a race for the doors? Anyway, good to see something happening again.
